FlowerWyz isn't responsible and doesn't ensure refund for cases where: a) Preserved things and blooms, plants, fruits, sweets, present products are delivered to wrong address supplied by the sender b) Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present in the time of delivery in the address given by the sender or the receiver refusing to accept the delivery c) Merchandise quality issues brought on by improper management of the item.

If made to the scheduled delivery date, a total refund for cancellations is permitted. On-Line refund is credited directly through the mode from which the money has been paid by the customer within 24 working hours.
